Official Opening of Immersive Learning Environment
What a wonderful experience for our Year 6 Junior Leaders to be part of when the local Mayor of Great Yarmouth, Councillor Penny Carpenter, visited to officially unveil our new immersive learning environment. Alongside her, were the collective team involved in bringing this exciting space to fruition, such as the NPS architect, the project electrical design engineer and members of the Local Authority devolved capital and ICT Shared Solutions teams. The only omissions were G. W. Gooch and Sons building contractors and the technology providers, Immersive Interactive. The latter were unable to attend as it would have meant travelling from Southport. All stood in awe and wonder at the limitless benefits of this new area, none more so than the children themselves who were instantly engaged by the stimulating interactive approach to learning. What a unique provision our Federation now has at its disposal for all children of all abilities to benefit from. Come on Ormesby!
