Sweet Carol...line!

Final week welcomes Christmas into the Junior school!

Despite feeling like an elephant has been sitting on my chest this week, the Junior school has been alive with Christmas cheer. This was best seen during the two performances of the Carol Concert performed so well by all the children. My sincerest apologies for not being fit enough to attend. Nevertheless, Staff organised and rehearsed their songs in such a short space of time and the shows came together perfectly. The musical accompaniments and choristers made the occasion even more special.

Christmas Dinner and Christmas Jumpers have also been enjoyed over the past couple of days. Thank you to Norse and thank you to the staff for their assistance serving and entertaining the children during the meal. I do not think I have ever seen so many sequins, glitzing up the place. There must now be a global shortage I should think for all those housed on the variety of Christmas attire on show.

If those were not enough Christmas festivities for you, our PTFA distributed a chocolate goodie to each child as a thank you for their efforts this year. It was also amazing news to learn the Christmas raffle raised £880. Our PTFA are doing really well.

It has been an immensely busy term, but everyone has done so well. I will see you all on 7th January 2025.

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year - be safe.
