Summer Term is Here!

I hope you all had a lovely Easter break with family and friends and have returned fresh and raring to go for the final term of this academic year. It has been pleasing to see the children have remained so eager and enthusiastic and are always looking forward to what is on offer over the next few weeks. 

My newsletter and events calendar for the term have been sent out, but let me apologise for the two errors leading to fresh updated versions being sent out to you. 

The children have been busy learning about their new topics and I am pleased to see that strong preparations have been made in Year 4 for the Multiplication Check, not to mention the hard work going on in Year 6 for the SATS. 

Next week, we will be hosting two information meetings with parents, the first on Tuesday 29th April at 3:30pm for the Year 5 Whitwell Hall residential and the second on the following day on Wednesday 30th April at 3:00pm regarding the Year 6 SATS. We will also be preparing our classes for the VE day celebrations in the following week.
